Prabhas in Tears As He Hugs Sister Pragathi at Krishnam Raju's Last Rites

At their uncle Krishnam Raju's burial, Telugu actor Prabhas sobbed as he clutched his youngest sister, Pragathi.  

Uppalapati Krishnam Raju, a former Union Minister and seasoned actor, passed away on September 11 while receiving treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad. He was 83. 

In some moving footage from Krishnam Raju's burial that have surfaced on social media, Prabhas can be seen consoling the Uppalapati family and his sister.  

As soon as the video started circulating online, Prabhas's admirers went to Twitter to send their adored star emotional tweets. Stay strong, Anna," one fan penned." "Until our dying breath we are with you," another user posted. Keep on, our hero." 

Over the course of a 50-year acting career, Krishnam Raju appeared in more than 180 movies. In 1966, he made his film debut in the Telugu film Chilaka Gorinka.  

Radhe Shyam, starring Prabhas, was his most recent movie. For the different roles he played in movies, he received numerous honours and prizes. 

His death was mourned by Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao in a statement. KCR claimed that Krishnam Raju's distinct acting technique helped him win over audiences' hearts.  

KCR continued by saying that Krishnam Raju served the nation's citizens while serving as a Lok Sabha member, a Union Minister, and in the sphere of political administration.
