In an open letter to team employees published on Thursday night, Phoenix
Suns vice chairman and minority owner Jahm Najafi demanded the
resignation of majority owner Robert Sarver, stating that there should be
"zero tolerance" for lewd, misogynistic, and racist behaviour in any
workplace. Najafi is the team's second-largest stakeholder.
Following the NBA's Tuesday announcement of the results of a 10-month
independent investigation into claims of workplace abuse during Sarver's
given a one-year NBA suspension and fined $10 million.
