According to Punjab Police, initial questioning of the arrested suspect in the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala suggested there may have been a plot to attack Bollywood actor Salman Khan.
This comes after Deepak Mundi, the final defendant in the case, and his two associates
Kapil Pandit and Rajinder, were detained by Nepal Police on Saturday near the border between West Bengal and Nepal.
A Mansa court ordered them to 7 days of police prison.
According to the police, Lawrence Bishnoi's reconnaissance for the attack on Salman Khan included one of the defendants, Kapil Pandit.
A letter with the words "tumhara Moose Wala kar denge (you will end up like Moose Wala)," purportedly addressed to actor Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan, surfaced in June of this year.
